Benefits of ear candling

Hello everyone,

Today was the first time of me trying eat candling.

What is ear candling? You might ask.

Ear candling is a way of pulling as much wax out of your ear for a better hearing, if you feel your ear’s are clogged. Ear candling is a wax-coated tube like that is place in the ear canal and then lit.

How does it work?

In my experience I feel it works as a vacuum. When lighting the wax it creates a suction that allows the wax to travel upwards.

Benefits of ear candling

  • Removes impurities and bacteria
  • Relieves sinus pain and migraines
  • Relieves dizziness and vertigo
  • How do you use an ear candle?

It’s pretty simple, I suggest to grab a paper plate and place a small hole in the middle that way you may place the candle inside it. I suggest the paper plate because i feel it’s safer, away from your skin, hair, and clothing.

    1. Take the candle place in the middle of plate
    2. Place the candle in the ear canal at a 45 degree angle
    3. Light the top of the candle. Let it burn for at least 15 minutes
    4. Remove candle 4 inches before finish
Finally extinguish the candle and look at results
